Anselm M.G. LaTouche, Hon. D. (Read as Dr. Anselm LaTouche) has made his name as a true entrepreneur and visionary businessman. From humble beginnings he has risen to prominence by leading the building and construction industry to new heights. His vision of spreading excellence in Building and Construction regionally has manifested itself in his successful expansion into the Barbados market. A firm believer in lifelong learning and the philosophy of continuous reengineering through innovation and creativity he continues to seek new ways to improve himself and by extension his Companies. In his spare time he enjoys listening to music, traveling and the company of friends and family. He has contributed to and supports many organizations and affiliates within Grenada and is also very active in the community. As a result, Anselm LaTouche has been recognized by several awards including: 1981 Kiwi Medal of New Zealand, 1998 award from Grenada Chamber of Industry and Commerce for contribution to the development of the private sector, and 1999 The Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award for retail and services On June 10th 2005, in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the St. George’s University and the Country of Grenada, he was awarded an honorary degree of ‘Doctor of Human Letters’ for outstanding life achievement and services in the construction industry in Grenada and the Caribbean.
Lance Simpson

Lance Simpson is a Jamaican born Mechanical Engineer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Technology Jamaica. Lance Joined Cooling Tech Limited In September 2008 as the company’s Mechanical Engineer and has since been promoted to the Senior Engineering Manager. Lance plays a fundamental role in ensuring that Cooling Tech Ltd remains abreast with the industry’s best practices.
Erson Roden
Assistant Mechanical Engineer
Erson Roden is a born and raised Grenadian. He studied mechanical engineering at the University of Toronto with a focus on energy & the environment, mechanical and electrical systems and project management and holds a Project Management Professional Certification from the Project Management Institute. He joined the Cooling Tech family in 2013 and has strived to develop continuous improvement strategies to increase efficiency and project management practices.

Colville Julien joined the CTL team during one of the largest projects undertaken in the island at the St. George's University and performed remarkably earning his place in CTL as Supervisor of Installation where he continues to drive himself and team for best results .
Curland Noel
Senior Supervisor of Service

Curland Noel is Cooling Tech Ltd.’s Supervisor of Servicing and Maintenance. Prior to his employment at Cooling Tech, Curland achieved a Level 2 Certificate in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration at the island’s community college and gained five (5) years’ working experience in this field. He joined the company in July 2008 and since then has been an excellent team leader and has displayed exemplary work ethic.
