Cooling Tech Ltd. is the Premier Solutions Provider and Qualified Dealer for Carrier Commercial and Residential Air Conditioning Systems, Refrigeration and Energy Management Solutions in Grenada, and throughout the wider Caribbean region. We design, supply, install, service, repair, replace and commission all sizes of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment throughout the region to optimize the performance of our customers’ facility, whether in a single building or multiple sites. Our focus is quality equipment and services driven by our commitment to provide energy efficient solutions while conforming to the Montreal Protocol “GREEN” initiatives to protect the environment.
Cooling Tech has been in operation since 2006 and has achieved approximately 60% of the market share in Grenada and this figure continues to grow. Over the years we have established good working relationships with our customers locally and regionally while providing quality services which have been made possible through our well-trained customer-oriented staff, after sales services and on island warranty that we extend to our clients.
With our continuous vision to be the Premier HVAC/R Technology Systems Solution Provider; we provide the most efficient Energy Management, remote monitoring solutions. We presently Remotely monitor Chilled water systems, installed in Grenada using CCN IVu Standard, in St Kitts using IVu Open BacNet Standard and the Infinity systems installed at St. George’s University & Spice Island Beach Resort just to name a few. This approach has brought about vast savings on energy usage to the Hospitality Industry and the general Business Sectors. Our dedicated team of Engineers and Installation Technicians are certified and factory-trained by the leading manufacturers of air-conditioning, energy management and other technological solutions.

Blue Horizons Garden Resort has been practicing Green initiatives for over the past 13 years. One of these initiatives was to find ways to reduce our energy consumption. This was achieved when Cooling Tech introduced their new Carrier Inverter Technology XPower Gold Air Conditioning units.
The units were installed over a period of 18 months starting in 2014. We immediately started to see reductions in energy consumption. On completion of the installation of 44 Carrier Inverter units together with other energy saving projects, the resort was able to achieve a 60% reduction on our energy bill. Considering that our energy audit indicated that 68% of our electrical consumption in the resort came from AC units, it can be concluded that the Carrier Inverter units played an important role in our overall energy savings.
A Preventative Maintenance service contract was signed with Cooling Tech for all the A/C units on the property. The company has exceeded beyond my expectations in providing an efficient and reliable service.
